A great way to save money and keep your fitness goals on track is to build your own home gym, and many people are doing just that these days. The only problem with this is that it’s easy to get bored by doing the same workout over and over again without the variety you can get in an all-in-one gym. If you’re looking for something convenient or if you’re short on space at home, an all-in-one gym may be for you.
For the purpose of this article, I'm going to focus mostly on an all-in-one gym memberships but I'll also provide some suggestions if you are looking to get one for your home!

If you want to work out, and you don’t have a lot of time or money, joining a multi-gym facility is a great choice. You can try almost every machine out there in one place. If you would like to try different machines at different places, but time and/or money is tight for you, finding a central location that has multiple opportunities under one roof can be a big help. Especially if it means no extra driving around looking for different places to workout at, saving precious time and gas!
Some all-in-one gyms provides amenities like swimming pools, saunas, steam rooms, gym, cooking classes, nutritionists and personal trainers. These gyms are great for providing you an all round support to help you reach your goals.
Gyms that are all-in-one Increase Motivation
All in one gyms have a wide variety of exercise equipment. This provides members with more motivation to work out regularly. Studies have shown that members at these gyms are more likely to make an effort to get back on track when they fall off than those at regular gyms. That’s because these facilities offer a lot more and it makes it easier for you to get back into your routine quickly and painlessly. It’s also convenient as you can access any piece of equipment without having to go anywhere else.
A variety of opportunities to learn, develop and have fun
One perk that’s unique to gyms that offer a variety of amenities is access to different types of exercises. If you go to a traditional fitness center, for example, chances are you’ll need to visit other locations, such as parks or swimming pools, to participate in certain activities.

How to build an all-in-one gym at home
You don’t need a specialized gym to achieve your fitness goals. That’s right: you can build a full workout station with just resistance bands, dumbbells and bodyweight exercises that will help you reach your goals faster than you would think. Bodyweight movements like squats, pull ups and rows are effective when used in combination with strength training equipment.
Although you can build your own home gym, you can now purchase an all-in-on gym equipment that will have a similar effect to an actual gym membership (but without fancy perks). This can be just as good as the memberships depending on your goals, fitness level and time.

One reason you may want to consider buying an all-in-one gym for your home is to save space. If you live in a small apartment or dorm room, or simply don’t have access to much storage space, then having a home gym might be ideal. An all-in-one piece of equipment provides you with everything you need without requiring much space at all.
Plus, it saves you from having to go out and buy extra equipment once you’ve finally found something that meets your needs. Instead, just get it with one product! You’ll save money and avoid clutter by keeping everything under one roof.

The Drawbacks of an All In One Gym
The main problem with these gyms is that they are more expensive than going to a local gym. Also, sometimes they can be less convenient because you need to travel farther in order to get there. Another drawback is that you may find yourself at a facility filled with less experienced or less mature clients. This could mean that your workout would be interrupted more often, making it much harder for you to focus on your own exercise routine.
When choosing a facility where you want everything under one roof it’s important not to compromise quality for convenience sake; it's simply not worth it in most cases!
